Aylin Çırakcı

Aylin Çırakcı graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2014. She completed her legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association between 2014-2015 and qualified as a lawyer in 2016. She received her master's degree from Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University with her thesis titled "Criminal Responsibility of The President within the framework of The 2017 Constitutional Amendments" in 2019.

Since 2020, She has been continuing her doctoral studies at Istanbul University, Instıtute of Social Sciences. Since 2017, She has been working as a Research Assistant at Suleyman Demirel University Faculty of Law, Department of Constitutional Law. Between 2020-2023, She also worked as a Research Assistant in the Department of Constitutional Law at Istanbul University, where she continued her doctoral studies.

Since June 2024, She has been conducting her PhD studies as a TUBITAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye) fellowship at University of Cologne, Academy for European Human Rights Protection.
