Welcome to the website of the Association for the Promotion of Human Rights at the University of Cologne (VMRK) e.V.. The VMRK Association realises its goals by promoting research, academic teaching and the library of the Academy for the Protection of European Human Rights at the University of Cologne. It also supports the academic exchange between the friends and students, staff and visiting scholars of the Academy.
