Alexander Holzer

Alexander works at Humboldt University of Berlin and writes his PhD thesis on child and early marriages. In addition, he is particularly interested in issues of conflict of laws and arbitration law. He also coaches moot court teams at his alma mater, the Friedrich Schiller University of Jena.

 

Rebecca Kruse

Rebecca Kruse is a research assistant and doctoral candidate at the Chair of Public Law, in particular Public International Law and European Law, at Helmut Schmidt University in Hamburg. As part of her doctoral project, she is conducting research on sanctions and human rights.

 

Lisa Kujus

Lisa Kujus is a Research Assistant and Doctoral Student at the Academy for European Human Rights Protection at the University of Cologne. Her PhD project deals with abuse of powers in human rights law.

 

Dr. Júlia Miklasová

Júlia Miklasová is a postdoctoral researcher at the Academy of European Human Rights Protection in Cologne. In her research, she focuses on the issues of general international law, human rights, and legal developments in the post-Soviet space.

 

Jasper Mührel

Jasper Mührel is a doctoral candidate and research assistant at the Chair of Public Law, Public International Law, EU Law and Comparative Law at the University of Jena, where he conducts research in the areas of international and comparative environmental law, among others.

Dr. Paula Rhein-Fischer

Paula Rhein-Fischer is postdoctoral researcher at the Academy of European Human Rights Protection in Cologne and member of an international research consortium on memory laws. Her research focusses on time and law, memory and Human Rights law. Her PhD is about factual mistakes and the exceptions from the prohibition to use force.

Lorenz Wielenga

Lorenz Wielenga is Research Assistant and Doctoral Student at the Academy for European Human Rights Protection in Cologne. In his PhD project he focuses on climate cases and judicial review.

 

Sara Wissmann

Sara Wissmann is a Research Assistant and Doctoral Candidate at the Chair of Public International Law at Paris Lodron University Salzburg. For her PhD thesis, she is researching questions of general international law in the context of reparation for historical injustice and, as a member of the Sea-Eye e.V. Legal Team, she is dealing with current issues of international law of the sea.
